Mir Mubashir (Bangladesh) is Project Manager/ Researcher in the Programme. His research interests lie, particularly, in the cultural, aesthetic,  religious and systemic dimensions of conflict and conflict transformation. He holds a Master's degree in Peace Research and Security Policy from Hamburg University. An interactive theatre practitioner, Mir experiments with creative forms of dialogue in approaching issues around social change. He is currently working on an exploratory study on ‘the youth space’ of mediation and dialogue, and is also involved in the development of the National Dialogue Handbook.
