Dialogue, Mediation & Peace Support Structures
Philippe Taflinski works as Project Manager in the Dialogue, Mediation and Peace Support Structures Programme at headquarters in Berlin.
Prior to joining the Berghof Foundation in June 2015, Philippe worked for the Crisis Management Initiative for more than four years. He was focusing on mediation support and dialogue initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa, while based in South Sudan and Brussels. He also worked at the Carter Center as observer for the 2011 Referendum on Self Determination for South Sudan and other processes mandated by the Comprehensive Peace Agreement.
Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Peacebuilding from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Lille, France, and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands.
