Selin Aksoy is a Project Assistant in the Dialogue, Mediation and Peace Support Structures Programme, where she supports de-escalation and dialogue efforts in Turkey. 

Previously, Selin worked at a Washington, D.C.-based thinktank, where she published on EU-Turkey relations and regional developments in the Middle East. She also served in different capacities at the German Embassy in Ankara, the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt (PRIF), the Heinrich Boell Foundation in Tel Aviv and the Danish Refugee Council in Beirut, where she has worked on the nexus of foreign and security policy, peacebuilding and humanitarian assistance in the Middle East.

Selin holds a B.A. in International Relations from the Technical University of Dresden and a M.A. in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where she studied as a Fulbright fellow.
