This project critically assessed the impacts of terrorist proscription and blacklisting upon conflict resolution processes. Little research had been undertaken before on the ways such practices restrict engagement with listed parties and on the implications for those involved in peace and conflict work. This project addressed this gap by generating innovate research applicable within the conflict resolution and human rights fields and stimulating public debate to support appropriate policy changes.
