Dialogue & Mediation Support
Julian Klauke works in the Mediation and Dialogue Support Programme in the project “Towards Sustainable Peace: The Nexus of Peacemaking and Constitution Building”.
Prior to joining the Berghof Foundation, Julian held a position at the Federal Foreign Office, working in the Department of Culture and Communication. He has also worked at the US Korea Institute at SAIS, at Paritätische Gesamtverband, and in the International Office of the University of Marburg. He is the founder of Project Narratives, a peacebuilding initiative that uses the medium of personal documentaries to foster empathy between conflict parties.
Julian holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Jena and an M.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Marburg.
