Theresa Breitmaier has been working in the project “Afghanistan: Fostering meaningful, effective, and sufficiently inclusive peace negotiations” since 2016.
Before her position with the Berghof Foundation, Theresa Breitmaier was with the Austrian Study Centre for Peace and Conflict resolution. She has also had the opportunity to work with the European Union Delegation in Cairo and Amnesty International’s office in Brussels.
Theresa Breitmaier holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Public Law from the University of Mannheim and an M.Sc. in Middle East Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London.
