Tom Breese joined the Berghof Foundation in July 2021 and is working in the Executive Office as a Junior Project Manager on climate change and the environment. Tom completed his Bachelor’s degree in Classics at Durham University in the UK, before moving to Berlin to undertake a Masters degree in Public Policy at the Hertie School of Governance. His research focused on climate change and security, and completed a thesis on the effect of natural disasters on peace processes in Sri Lanka and Indonesia.
